    For UK returns, faulty goods and exchanges, Berghaus will pay the cost of the return shipping.

    If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item/s to us in their original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour, if preferred.

    Freeflow 25 I previously had a Freeflow III 25. I feel the older pack has a better ventilation system and its configuration of pockets is superior. Also, when considering the packs’ side pockets; I prefer pockets and compartments that have a clip to close them as opposed to zips. If a clip fails the pocket is more likely to continue to hold its contents and is easier to repair. Otherwise, this pack is OK and fulfils my requirements. 28 May 2011
