    Men's Freeflow Pro 50 Rucksack 5 5 1 1
Brilliantly Versatile Backpack I’ve had this backpack for the last 10 months or so and since then, it’s been a faithful companion on many occasions. I decided to buy it for the occasional weekend hiking/climbing break. This was my fist Freeflow type backpack and I have to say I was a bit skeptical at first about the gap created to allow air to circulate between the user’s back and the pack. I thought that because of this gap, the weight distribution might be compromised due to the fact that the weight would now sit further away from my back. I was happy to be proven wrong as the snugly fitting pivoting hipbelt works wonders and it is probably the best one I have ever tried. I have used it on a few weekend climbing trips, a couple of short hiking trips in the Carpathians (2-4 days) and a winter mountaineering trip also in the Carpathians. The most weight I’ve ever put on it was around 15 kilograms and it still managed to feel kind of comfortable but I would advise that you use a larger pack for that sort of weight. The space-age looking EVAbreathe mesh straps combined with the great back system have done a terrific job of keeping my back and shoulders cool and because the mesh doesn’t absorb sweat like more regular foam-based models do, I had a great experience using this product. I am very pleased with the all the features of the backpack, especially the stow-away raincover, the compression straps, the separate bottom compartment that can be accessed from the outside (not that common with small day-packs) and the mesh pockets on the hipbelt. I would gladly recommend this pack to anyone on the market for a light, versatile, comfortable, well-built back pack that can keep their back and shoulders cool during a 2-3 day hike. 22 March 2011
