    rock solid quality I bought my Temperance II jacket last year and it's been everywhere with me, from the Welsh hills to Everest base camp. It's lightweight and tough, hasn't let in a drop of water, and it looks great too with it's retro styling I think. I'm not a climber, the jacket has been used for trekking and walking. When scrambling though it's easy to see the Berghaus pedigree here, the jacket is comfortable and doesn't 'bunch up' under a full range of arm movements. The high-cut neck is articulated and is seriously welcome when it gets windy or squally, and the hood is simply the best I've seen on any jacket. The best part of the jacket for me is finding a great fit, it's trim and still has plenty of room under the arms and over the shoulders. The jacket is cut for climbing, so it's a little shorter than a walking jacket would be. This might put some off but I prefer this as it just gives you a better range of movement. I can genuinely recommend it to anyone who wants a tough, completely waterproof jacket light enough to carry with them all year round! 06 May 2012
    good all rounder I brought this jacket after looking at just about every option,this came out on top for one reason..quality! seams are very strong and excellent robust zips,have since worn it often and varied conditions always been comfortable if I ever lost this I would seek to replace with the same. 07 December 2011
